About our company

Sterling is a family-owned fishmonger and wholesaler that has been serving our local community since 1984. We specialize in fresh, sustainable seafood, caught fresh in the waters around Cape Ouwens.

We offer both collection and delivery services, and can cater for some small events. Our values are honesty and accountability. We know where our fish and seafood comes from, and would love to talk with you more about our products.

How we do it

We have strong, decades-long relationships with some of the best fishermen the area has to offer. Having deep roots in our community means that we are able to source the best from every catch, and offer our customers the freshest, high-quality fish.

Our extensive knowledge of our regional fishing waters and its product means that we can not only offer great products, but advice on when to expect the best of each fish, and how to prepare them to bring out their true flavor.
